Orders and Returns

We will make sure that you receive your order as soon as possible. Within 1-3 working days after your payment is approved, your order will be dispatched to the carrier.

Please choose the way of delivery during checkout. We offer worldwide delivery service. VAT can be deducted on your order during checkout for eligible overseas countries.

Can I return my order?

Yes! Within 14 days you can return your order with no reason and get your money back or exchange it to a M-and-arin’s coupon so you can chose other products in our store.

Please, notice that we only accept products back that: were not washed, were not damaged and are in the same condition as when we delivery it.

How can I return my order?

You want to return your order? No problem! Just contact us through our Contact Us page or by phone and we will explain you step by step how to arrange it.

We would like to ask you to provide some information regarding the reason why do you want to return your order (if it’s needed we will ask for some products photos), than we will give you the address so you can send the product back and we will check the price you paid on the order.

After that you just need to go to a delivery company and send us the products back. As soon as we receive and examine it, we will refund the money.

My order arrived wrong/defective. What can I do?

First of all, we are very sorry if it’s happened. We give our best everyday so our clients can have a great experience buying at M-and-arin Silk.

So, if this happens we will make as easy as possible for you to get your correct order as soon as possible.

You just need to contact us (Contact Us page or by phone) and will make the rest. You will not need to pay for the delivery in this case.

Do I have to pay for my return?

It depends. If somehow your order arrived with any defect or with any mistake, we will pay for your return. But, if you want to return for any other personal reason, you will need to pay for delivery.
